Work with me.

I take on a small number of people, online and in person. Tell me where you're at and what you're after, and I'll read it myself and come back to you.

What I actually bring

Three things ten years taught me to do well.

Most of what I know I learned by doing it wrong first.

Making the muscle you meant to train do the work.

The difference between a good session and a wasted one usually isn't the program. It's whether the muscle you were trying to train actually did the lifting. With long limbs and a light frame I learned this the hard way — I could move the weight and still get almost nothing out of it. Most of the corrections I make are small, and you feel them within a set.

Starting from zero without feeling like you don't belong.

I walked into my first gym at fifteen — the skinniest person in the room, barely speaking the language, no idea what any machine did. I remember every version of that discomfort. Most coaches never stood where a beginner stands. I did, for years, and I know exactly which things make the first month feel possible instead of humiliating.

Showing up when nobody's watching.

No coach, no training partner, no one checking — ten years without a real break. What kept me going wasn't motivation; it was a simple loop and a few numbers I couldn't argue with. That's what I bring to the people I coach: someone who reads your month with you and makes it harder to quietly disappear.
