I take on a small number of people, online and in person. Tell me where you're at and what you're after, and I'll read it myself and come back to you.
Most of what I know I learned by doing it wrong first. Two things I got good at, because I had to.
The difference between a good session and a wasted one usually isn't the program. It's whether the muscle you were trying to train actually did the lifting. With long limbs and a light frame I learned this the hard way — I could move the weight and still get almost nothing out of it. Most of the corrections I make are small, and you feel them within a set.
A plan that fits you on day one is the easy part. The hard part is month three, when the scale does something you can't read and every app tells you something different. Change one thing at a time, log a few numbers a day, and read the whole month before touching anything. Sometimes the right answer is to change nothing, and being able to say that with a straight face is most of the job.
That's where I actually am. Send a DM with where you're at and what you're after — a few lines is plenty — and I'll reply myself.
